Effective January 1, 2012, all Eagle Scout Project Proposals submitted for initial District approval must use the new Eagle Scout Project Workbook. The new workbook contains provision for a scout to consult with a "coach or mentor" when developing a Project Final Plan. These coaches must be approved by the council.
